What is an ISBN number?

An ISBN is the identifying number for all published books. And even if you only ever plan to store books at home and hand them out, you still need one. There are plenty of help pages on ISBNs on the CreateSpace page, but for now I would advise you to choose the free ISBN, you’ll still retain all rights to the book.
Once the site has assigned an ISBN to you, write these down! You will need to put them on the copyright page of your book before you can publish it. If your book is just waiting for this, then insert the numbers now and create PDF file of your book. Then click Continue. If you want to buy your own ISBN numbers you can go to: https://www.myidentifiers.com.au/
